When I saw it at Indy I think the only thing different from an S was (as mentioned before) the bodywork and the tires.
That was just a stock 1199S that a dealer put race bodywork and custom paint on, NOT any kind of "official" Ducati race bike. At that point in time the 1199RS13 was not out yet, so they didn't have anything else to display. Look at the photos from the INTERMOT motorcycle show in Cologne, Germany last month, those are the REAL 1199RS13 models that the SBK teams will be getting:
