2012 models didn't have clutchless downshifts. That became available with the 1299 model in 2015 unless you purchased an aftermarket unit which you have not listed.

The bike is not even remotely close to a collectors item, let alone being rare. Nice try though.

Bike new was $28k. Not sure where you got $34.5k from. All that said, there are R models being sold on this same forum which are being sold for less than your asking price. You're not on a forum where the members are clueless about pricing. These Panigale models don't hold their value at all so you may want to revisit that asking price and make some adjustments unless you plan on sitting on it for a long long time for a bike that is essentially stock and how it came from the showroom floor.

Yeah buy a bike this guy raped powershifting down without a blooper.
We’ll pass.

Price it around $11K and you may get some interest. $16K buys you a 1299S

lol.

His bike is actually priced well within the typical asking price for tricolores of that ODO reading. He's not even really on the higher end of the price points for tricolores. It may not be a collectors item but they do call a higher price than your typical typical red 1199s.

Tricolore definitely is a collector's item. I sold mine to a collector for roughly the same price and know a couple of others that did as well. They are very rare and to most look better than the 1299 / v4.

As always if you can't understand the price of something then it isn't meant for you...

I personally wouldnt pay that, but that is because i already own a panigale. But, if you look up the black book or the KBB on a ducati, you can see this OP is in the range. Now, whether or not someone wants to pay that is a different story.

And on a forum like this, usually the prices are cheaper as we arent looking for a bike unless its for a deal. GLWS
