Here is a chart of a bike that first tested in all stock condition and then installed a Sprintfilter P08 and dyno tuned. The combined gain was around 7hp and 5Nm. With a standard flash that would be the maximum gain that you can expect. Likely the gain will be a little lower maybe in the 5hp region due to vehicle to vehicle variation.
All the test data that I presented in the previous posts of this thread were always with optimized mappings for the particular configuration. This way the results are really comparable.
In the UK you get EU models and you should be aware that with the OEM map you cannot change gearing on any Euro5 Ducati by more than a single tooth in the rear without triggering diagnostics. With my reflash you can change the gearing to whatever you want and I can also disable all for racing unnecessary components like secondary air and canister purge valves as well as O2 sensors.
