They are made of fibreglass, weave fabrics only no chopped strands, and with epoxy resin, similar to sharkskinz.
At the moment doing carbon is cost wise difficult, as there goes a lot more time into making them to line up the fibres, and then it is just as easy to just buy fairings from Fullsix for instance, when they come out.

They are fully pre drilled, fitted with DZUS fasteners, and finished in a black primer, and there is no need to fiddle with them on the bike like having to cut pieces off to get them to fit.

In the picture below the V4 with the Akrapovic exhaust, the bellypan for the stock exhaust is also available.
I also have the 959/1299 fairings and the 899/1199 which you can also see below.
The 1199 and 1299 were quite easy to make moulds for but the V4 was a real pain as there was so much that had to be changed to turn it into a usable race fairing.

Which company Is this ... do you have a website ?
Are they ready to ship ? Do they include a race air duct ? Pricing ?

Website is not fully functional yet most orders go through email right now, plus we have to calculate shipping cost to the USA as it is dependant on weight and how many boxes, but count on around $120 for 1 full kit.

Every kit is now sort of made to order as everything we make is shipped of to customers right away, there is no time to stock them yet.
Current waiting time is around 2 weeks before they are shipped.
Kit price for lower fairing, side panels, upper fairing and tail section is around $720, air intake $100, front and rear fender $80 a piece (all dependant on exhange rates).

We have been making fairings for own use for quite some time now but we have just started a business earlier this year, so its quite normal no one has heard from us ;)
We hope to change that though :)
Anyone who is interested please send me a PM!

I have ordered the CRC have always used them find fit and finish excellent and they crash well .
Should have my V4 set soon will report back on them once fitted

Everything looks really good. I like the options for stock vs. akra exhaust and street/track for tail. Roughly how much fluid can either belly pan hold? Good for FIM requirements?

Are there any special requirements for the new air intake? Different fairing stay? Is it ready to bolt on? The Motoxricambi air intake on my 1299 was a pain in the ass and required quite a bit of modification.

Looking forward to your impressions. I've got to get some sooner rather than later. Really need proper damn belly pan options. Was kind of a pain on the 1299.

I still have to do an accurate check on how many litres it will hold but it will be around 4 litres I think.
We didn't make a separate bellypan inside the fairing as you would have on the 1199/1299 as there is simply not enough room in our opinion.
Also, I have never measured the 1199/1299 oil pan but I doubt that it will hold more than about 3 litres (3/4 gallon) bit correct me if I'm wrong.
We moved the air outlets on the bellypan upwards, lowered the bottom a bit and there is a ridge just before the silencers, but we couldn't make it to high as it would then touch the exhaust.

The air intake now just slides in it is a snug fit, but we are working on a bracket so it can be bolted to stock fairing stay.

I am also curious to see some of CRC's work as they claim they have started deliveries but I haven't seen any pictures yet , I wonder what kind of solutions they came up with.

I'm interested in buying a full race set for my V4S

Working on my own fender eliminator. My test part fits good. Now off to the the shop where I will have precision cut and bent from aluminum, then powder coated matte black. I have the Ducati Plug for the undertail area to clean that up so no wires will be seen. Should be very clean when it's all done.

I ordered one from Ducparts, they have a similar setup with intentions of using it with the DP racing plug. Might have to cut the 2 holes in the plug into 1 bigger hole so wires for the turn signals and plate light can get through.

Looks like theirs angles the plate up. I wanted mine angled down.

I will use the DP plug's mounting holes as intended but then drill a hole in the center for wire routing.

Yeah, I want mine angled down as well. Shouldn't be difficult to just bend it a bit.

Hi Jarel,

1) Do you know the stock spring rates (shock and forks) for the V4 S?
2) Will you sell fork springs for the V4 S?

Cheers!
