Do you know why National Trophy 1000 is now a separate weekend and not happening at same time as CIV?

The National Trophy is still in the CIV weekend at the same track, so I don't know what you meant.

Perhaps is due to the problem of performance.
Some NT 1000 are faster than CIV SBK, because they are OPEN ( close to WSBK ) and CIV are basically STOCK.
