Howdy. Recently obtained a 1996 Ducati 900 SS/CR. Great bike.
Questions. What is the purpose of the two external oil lines on the left side of the engine? Are these drain lines or pressure lines? Is this part of some kind of method to cool the cylinder barrels with oil? Why make the lines external, as opposed to internal passageways in the crankcase?
