Question about a headlight

Guys,

I could not find the reply in owner manual and here is almost foolish question

Never paid attention before how works the headlight. When the main beam is active only right headlamp beaming? And for the high beam - the left headlamp respectively. In the same time parking lights are working from both side.

Is it OK?

Assuming its a halogen and not an LED light, there are four bulbs.

The two outer bulbs are low beam.

The two inner bulbs are high beam.

The parking lights are LED strips near the center.

When on high or low, there should be at least one bulb lit on the left and right side.

My bike dont do thing like that.. Mine is 899, when low beam both of the outer bulbs are on.. And during highh beam, both outer are off, and both inner bulbs are on.

I think there is a dealer's mistake... But I still don't believe that possible to connect it wrongly.

Maybe the bulbs aren't working anymore, time to get a new one?

Low beams you should have both left and right on (along with led strips). High beams you should have both left and right high beam on.

This is not the BMW or a Honda where only one side lights up. You should take this back to your dealer and ask them why it's doing this. Could be a wiring issue, could be the bulbs have burned out. But it's should def not do what you said (and showed)

I can't tell from your pics, but on low beam are there two bulbs illuminated on one side?

All of the bulb plugs are labled as to what they are, low beam left etc. I would check the plugs first.

Yes, I already released the headlight and solved this issue self.

I really can not believe but plugs of bulbs were connected wrong. It looks like dealer (yes, yes) like BMW & Honda but I hate both
