When I bought my Termi front-exit exhaust, it came basically fully assembled. The one thing I did notice, and it slipped my mind to check while installing, was that each canister was able to rotate at the point where they connected to the Y-pipe. This was necessary so they could fit into place for the support bolts, but then I forgot to check if they were supposed to be tightened at the point that they were rotating.

Was there anything to tighten where the canisters connect to the Y-pipe, or were you just supposed to bolt the exhaust up to the bike?

You see the carbon covers in back? You can see the one clearly to the left of the name Termignoni. When I installed the exhaust the tip on the right side was a bit too long and was touching my tire so I had to shave it down a bit. The left side was almost touching so I shaved it down a bit too. Now there is a small tiny gap . I was worried maybe with some flexing while riding those tips would touch the tire but they didnt. I will take a close up pic and show how close the tips are to the rear tire and dont touch at all even with such a tiny gap.
