Hey all I posted this in the technical section but got 100 views and no replies so I'm posting it here too. Trying to figure out if I have the wrong part or missing a spacer or something like that.....
I have a question about installing this quick change carrier I bought. It seems that on the backside of the carrier it is recessed so that the sprocket sits too far back against the hub. When I look at the OEM piece that came off it seems to be more flush all the way across the back which keeps the sprocket out farther away from the hub and swing arm. Do I have the wrong part or am I missing a spacer that should come with the kit or something?
