Suspension and sag was set by Ohlins at Daytona but turn in tip in is slow

Ah ha.
I see:)

You could do all sorts of things.

Check/re-evaluate your riding style, weight position over the front.
Jack the back.
Drop the front.
Different tyres.
Different tyre pressures.
Different triples.

Running super corsa factory tires pressures
Front 30 rear 28
Front 32 rear 30
I go back and forth between these pressures

need help on how to increase turn in for quicker steering on Ducati 1199what settings need to be adjusted on rear or front suspension

Fark its quick enough for me Maybe you need a different bike.

I asked him how fast he rides, I believe.

They do hate to be rode slow.

And the racier you set up the chassis, the more they will SUCK when ridden slow! I had my 749R race bike set up so it handled as well as any bike I've ever owned, but if I went out on a warm-up lap I felt like I was going to crash because it felt so unstable, it would bobble and wander in the turns, etc. But get it up to speed and throw it harder into the turns and it transformed into a stable and predictable machine. I think Ducati Superbike chassis's in general share that characteristic, the harder you ride them the more stable they get. One of the reasons they're not universally loved in magazine tests I think.

Agreed.

It was really noticeable on the 848 with the stock steering. Still loved it due to how stable it was and how hard and early I could get on the gas.

The 1199 I took too like a duck to water, just due to the new geometry.

I think they scream "man handle me" ;)

Aren't the pressures recommended by Outhouse the factory recommendations in the Owners Manual?
That's what I run:confused:

Sorry bud.

I thought there were stickers on the frame that called for some real stupid high pressure.

outhouse, you are right. The insane pressures are on the frame, but these are for maximum load rating (riding with a passenger). I rode with these for months before going to the manual and finding the correct pressures. Sure made it turn in easier, but also made it damn near unrideable due to the bike being so "hyperactive".

Tyre pressures to be exact are 30.5 PSI front and 31.9 PSI rear. So rear closer to 32 than 31. That is from the manual.
