R cylinder/camshaft damage

There is no issue with the Rapid bike **I recently bought the plug to plug into the Rapid Bike wiring harness ( that takes the Rapid Bike module out of the system) so it will run just the stock setup with no modification.. (This is so they could get an idea whether it was the cause).. Problem is.. It still surges at any steady throttle below about 12% to 14% or so..* and it doesn't have near the same power output running stock.. There is a BIG difference when the RB unit is installed). However without the RB unit in play it still has the same issues.
**It is not a subtle surge it is OBVIOUS immediate and it gets worse as the bike warms up.
Evidently there is either a fueling issue or some wiring issue that is causing it independent from the Rapid Bike Racing module.. The RB originally fixed the original problem most Panigales have which is they are leaned way out from the factory and require at least 5000 rpm to run smooth at slower speeds... My bike would require me to be in 2nd gear around 4800 to 5100 rpm to keep it from wanting to buck and kick while going 45 down my street.. After the RB unit it could be in 4th gear at around 3200 rpm and it would just purr.. it was very nice for a while..

This is a newly developed problem in that is simply doesn't matter what speed (or rpm more or less) if you are at between 5% roughly 12 to 14% throttle or less and try to hold it steady it just surges and feels like it is being hit by a gust of wind every second or so.. Almost like it is running out of gas slightly for a few seconds at a time.. VERY AGGRAVATING... I ran it at the track a couple of weeks ago and didn't notice it much because I was rarely less than 12 % throttle.. ** It runs fine when you are accelerating quickly it just simply will not idle smoothly while cruising.. it is weird..
Its not like the dealer hasn't tried earnestly to fix it.. In the past year the dealer has changed out the original ECU, The throttle bodies and injectors (and recently even the throttle unit on the handlebar).. NOTHING seems to make it work right.. it is a $33K lemon (so far with the Factory exhaust and so called "Up Mapp" the RapidBike Racing module etc..).. Unless someone can figure it out.. It is probably something simple like a loose wire or errant program in the ECU or one of the many sensors etc.. but until they find the source it will be a pretty to look at turd! The problem is it has never thrown any codes when they hook it up?

Total (expensive) mystery.. If I ever get it running right I will be so thrilled that I don't know whether to take the chance and keep it and ride it for a few more years (and finally enjoy it the way I thought I would originally) or sell the damn thing while it is running OK..

Wish me luck
