My Pani is in the hospital so I took my street bike SF848.
1st time in Laguna Seca. This track was super great, weather was great, and much fun with friends that came down from the Bay Area.
Stock rearsets was low clearance and was dragging the foot pegs...Need to get aftermarket sets if I am going to track SF848 more often.
Nice, hope nothing serious with the R.
Couple of shots from Jerez and Barcelona from my last two trackdays.
It is mandatory in Barcelona now to run the F1/new MotoGP track layout (shortened back straight and chicane instead of the second last corner). Unfortunately, this destroyed the track's fluid character entirely. Four first gear corners added are really more a fight then a pleasure.
Some good shots from Cartegena with Pacedayz this weekend
You tall guys with long elbows
thats what I was thinking.
Man I need to master his hand grip kung fu. thats take a bit of practice to hold the bar ends like a screw driver...
I'll keep my inside hand open loosely while in the corner. But getting my upper body that low under the bike and still reaching the other bar over the tank.....me no can do. Maybe I'm getting too old
Haha yeah I was a bit disappointed that it looks contrived. I was obviously reaching down but did drag the elbow all around the corner about five times in a row so was hoping it would look natural. The BSB riders who were on track came by five seconds later with no elbow down, more lean angle and way more speed. They didn't get such a good picture to show their Gran though
