So on my bike that I'm currently marketing to sell I noticed yesterday that I have excessive slop in both my clutch and brake levers. Appears to me that the bushings inside the lever themselves where the master cylinder mount bolt goes through is worn to all hell on both of them. I doubt its the bolt... I attached a couple pictures showing the gaps. I looked all over and don't see anyone selling a bushing kit. I bought this bike with the RCS19's and brembo folding levers on the bike. Id prefer to go back to OEM levers since I'm selling the bike but I don't believe they mount the exact same in the RCS19's I believe.

Anyone have any advice here? I don't care about the slop on the clutch side but on the brake side the slop causes the micro switch to not be made keeping my brake light activated nonstop and its driving me crazy.

If you have some stock levers around you may be able to recycle some bushings.

I just measured some OEM ones I have in a spares box. They are L .851" OD .474" ID .317"

do you have both oem levers you might be willing to part with? What about OEM clutch/brake master cylinders?

I have both OEM levers I'd sell but no on the masters.

The levers fit different than the Brembo ones though. There's a circular piece with a rod/plunger on it which is meant to interact with the master.

The Brembo master that came wt my new ‘24 V4S is adequate, but I much prefer the 19 Corsa Corta that I had installed on my former CBR SP1 for the past 3 years.
I don’t claim to know the calculation of caliper vs master.

Would this be a good fit for these Stylemas on my V4S? I prefer little to no modulation and fairly instant-on front brakes.
Please advise, thank you.

If you’re on track try out some Z04 pads

I’m wondering if the 19 is acceptable on my V4S. I’ve done decades of track days, now just a handful/season.
Mainly use the Duc for very early am weekend rides on fast mountain roads wt an experienced group at a similar level.
