rebuilding a 1299s after a crash

hey guys i am rebuilding a crashed 1299s and need some help

would the ignition and gauges and keyset from 1199s work on 1299s or are they different . on 1299s do the keys have to match the ecu and gauges or they are separate. .

i searched for the information and could not find any.

The 2015 up use a different immobilizer so of the 1199 ignition is from a 2014 or older definitely not gonna work.

This isn't the place to ask about ignition keys. crashed bikes etc with one post count.... Go to a dealer, they can advise

Best bet is to go to the dealer. But before going there get some info in case they are feeding you false info to make extra cash. Go to ducatiomaha.com and look up the part #'s you are asking about for the 1199 and 1299. Sometimes the part #'s are the same
