Fellow Ducatista's. I don't normally post negative vendor experiences but I had a recent MotoMummy order that warrants a post.
I ordered some tires for an Arkansas trip and with plenty of time to get them mounted up. My order was cancelled due to security violation. Corey Young (I’m sure you all know him, he’s the owner) explained it was cancelled because my VPN IP address could not be validated. I understand fraud issues and had no problem with my order being cancelled and his explanation. What I did take issue with was that I received no notification that the order was cancelled but stuff happens, no problem. Since I needed tires for this trip I decided to re-place the order and just pick them up. When I arrived I picked up the tires from Shane he said had they sent me an email and it must be in my junk folder. I felt much better knowing it was my fault. I checked my junk folder and there was nothing there. Later Corey emailed me and said they didn’t email me. Mistakes, miscommunication or whatever. Again no problem.
I received an email from MotoMummy requesting order feedback from an independent source, Trustpilot. I provided 2 out of 5 stars and an explanation of what happened. No biggie, I was honest and polite in my feedback.
Later I get this email from Corey:

After your review, and me explaining our security procedures to I'm going to be closing your account. It's apparent you don't understand why most companies cancel orders with a hidden IP. We wish you the best in your future purchases, however it will not be with our company after your review. -Corey, MotoMummy Staff

I’ve placed a several orders with Motomummy in the past and it’s always been fine. Did a little searching and have found others with similar experiences with Corey specifically mentioned. No ax to grind here. Plenty of great vendors out there that value customers and want honest feedback.
