Rexxer Flash...high Idle in 1st Gear!!

Hi,

i got my rexxer flash for my Pangiale a couple of months back. Everything works really nice. Unfortunately, i have not been able to ride that much over the past couple of months though.
I went out for a ride today and switched into race mode (which, apparently, i haven't done after the rexxer flash...otherwise i would have noticed the problem earlier).
When i pull to a stop and leave the 1st gear in, the machine keeps idling at around 3500rpm. As soon as i let the clutch go and immediately pull it back in, the rpm goes down to a normal level. When i first pulled up to a light, it kinda scared me. This only happens in race mode and 1st gear. When i leave the bike in 2nd gear with clutch pulled, the rpm is at a normal level.

Additionally, when i run through a reduced-traffic area (here in Germany 30 km/h) and i get into first gear, the machine keeps running at exactly 3500rpm.
I can let go of the throttle and keep on cruising at 3500rpm ...an unintentional cruise control.

This only happens in race mode though., Sport and wet mode are perfectly fine.
I searched the forum for a little while and found that clifblake seemed to have the same problem. Unfortunately, i seems not to have been online since February without really giving a solution to the problem.

Any suggestions?
O2 sensors have been disconnected, TPS and adaptive parameters have been reset after the flash. No other tunes where done besides rexxer.
 
Odd. IMHO - Id call David straight out now and ask him about this issue. No need to wait until you have 25 replies and ideas to do so. He'd want you to do that asap just like he handled on here from a previous member and a matter he was having.
Just my 4 cents on the issue- thats all.

I already called Daniel Moto (European supplier
for rexxer since I live in Germany). They haven't heard of this issue either.
Gonna ride to my duc dealer tomorrow to get the tps and adaptive parameters
Reset with the rexxer unit again.
 
Got tps and adaptive parameters reset today. They even flashed the rexxer map onto the bike again... Just in case.

The issue got a littlebit better... The high idle in 1st doesn't happen every time now, but it still happens sporadically.
Doesn't bother me too much now, but the issue is still there.

Anybody else who might have got a solution or had the same problem?
 
Dave told me the idle had to do with the stock battery... Something about the voltage being slightly too low and the idle picking up to charge the battery back up

The bike have a high idle in any of the three riding modes?

The high idle only happens in race mode in first gear though.
 
I tried to get to the bottom of this during a ride today.
I started by observing the battery charge while in 1st gear (race mode)
where the high idle happens.... Constant 13,5 Volts. Just like in any of the other
Modes. So, the battery is probably not the problem.

I switched the 195hi engine mode onto the road mapping (normally 195lo).
As expected, the same problem as in race mode.
So it's definetely the 195hi engine option causing this problem.

Any of you who might have a solution for this????
