Yes, it helps preventing things from rattling lose:
Loctite Threadlocker Blue 242 from Loctite Adhesives

So which one do you use and where do you put it for the rear sets?

Locktite is a glue liquid for bolts.
So put it on all thread of bolts or nuts or caps...
Just a tiny drop on each bolt is enough
