no bitching about Iannone, because Iannone echoed Rossi's sentiments, even citing specific examples in the press conference of how Marquez was playing with them both. They may have fought tooth and nail on the track, but in the end, the Italian is going to back the Italian.

I ....... hate Boregay, and I'll tell you why. He's no racer. He's the mechanical rabbit that greyhounds chase in dog racing. Both he and Stoner started developing this "inch-perfect" technique, once they both realized that battling with other riders, especially Rossi, was "too risky".

And sure, Marquez is pissed. Marquez can fight on the track like nobody's business. And yet the two times he tried to stuff it to Rossi, he lost. He's crashed out of other races just because he screwed up. So as far as infinite talent owning the track...that really hasn't been happening this year. And that makes for a very cranky Marquez.
 
Rossi will do whatever it takes...he's going to push and shove JLo off the track if need be. We've all seen 46 take lines he shouldn't have and force other riders off the track before...and I'm certain he'll do it again for his 10th championship without thinking twice about it.
 
Jorge's inch-perfect technique should be appreciated...all the top guys have something special they bring to the table, making MotoGP what it is today. The super technical, the maniacs, and the conservatives...I appreciate it all! Although I tend to relate to the maniacs rather easily!

Like any sports, there are guys you like, dislike, or just don't care about..

There are different ways to win, everyone seems to have their own ideas how it should be done.. Debating who should win, how they should do it, who is better, blah blah is just something to fill in the time..

Now onto the Moron thing, can someone tell me how to loosen my rear wheel nut :rolleyes:

Rossi is no fool and this ain't his first rodeo. He knows the racing community and the other racers hang on his every word, whether they want to or not...

Look how stirred the pot is already. Maybe MM will think twice about doing anything funky, maybe he'll ride hard to prove Rossi wrong and .... with Jlo, maybe JLo will be psyched out, maybe nothing will happen at all. Whatever happens, there's only upside for Rossi.

Stirring the pot indeed.. Mind games, who really knows if what one guy says truly impacts another.. At this level if you a 4 time or more world champion, i do not see why you would give a .... about any other racers words especially one you are consistantly beating on the track.
 
Frigging media. Rossi and Marquez might have said the exact same sentences that were written but in jokingly manner and none would understand that reading the article. Quote some stuff, put dramatic unrelated photos, and wham!! Media drama circus ring!

More entertainment, Rossi understands the showmanship aspect of it all, the better the show the bigger the gate. He knows exactly what he's doing, and win or lose this will be a season to remember.
