Hi guys.

Quick question. I saw the Rossi jacket and really like it. My question is does anyone know where I can find either the matching pants for it or the whole replica suit. Preferably 2-piece.

Thank you

Somewhere here is a guy selling a replica of a replica Rossi suit. May do the trick?

If its the 2012 Dainese/Ducati Pelle jacket you have, then unfortunutely they wont be producing the pants to match! They are however releasing pants this Spring that do have the Ducati red (orangey) down the outsides of each leg. I also have this jacket, and I class it as my 'posing' jacket to wear with jeans, and the one-piece for hoonin :)

Thank you for the replies.

Yes I saw the pants with the bright red strips that are coming out. I was thinking the same thing but not sure if the color will match. I think it would look stupid to have this jacket attached to a "normal" red pants. I guess I would have to find out at a dealer what kind of red they are using.

Btw, I don't have the jacket yet but would thinking about either the jacket and try to find the matching pants or go for the 2012 Ducati Corse 2 piece suit. The only thing is that for the 2012 one they are using too much black. I like bright colors. Somewhere I found a 2010 2 piece Corse suit with more white and red which looks awesome.

I can't believe I put so much thought into clothing but I guess of I am spending 2K including boots and cloves I want to make sure I like it.

This jacket although a stupid amount of money,is awsome! It is very bright, but as im used to wearing Rossi rep'd leathers/gloves/boots/helmets,so its all good! It even has 'The Doctor' written across the butt, which my Dainese/Yamaha Rossi Pelle jacket didnt have (which iv currently got for sale on ebay). If you do get this jacket then its a must you get the matching Dainese gloves ;)

Yes, these are the ones I saw before. Awesome. The only thing is the price. I am willing to spend money on clothing but more than 400 for gloves is pretty steep. They are very nice and I am not sure Dainese makes any thing that I would match the jacket somehow.

The other question I had was regarding the jacket. Can the jacket be connected with any Daineae pants? I am thinking about some mostly white pants would be the best bet?

Yes,the jacket comes with the zip to attach to any Dainese pants. Doesnt go arund the whole jacket, more like 2/3!

Its a shame that Dainese didnt produce the matching Axial boots (with the orange sun up the side of them),as these would have looked awsome with leathers or jeans! Been told by a rep that they would have made a replica one-piece & boots IF Vale would have performed better during 2011,but didnt :(. I just use the 2010 replica Axial boots as they still have the fluro yellow on them to match the gloves/jacket

I know. I am not sure if I go for the jacket if I cant get matching pants. The boots are very cool but also difficult to get.

The other option would be the Ducati Corse 2 piece suit. The 2012 one is too dark in my opinion. The pants are almost black. The 2010 one is much nicer

Wow, nice jacket, but I'm really not sure.

I HATE matching helmets & jackets to bikes, since I am NOT a Rossi wanna be.

.... I know it's vr46 (just about) but its well weekend warrior

I hear you but I like the bold colors. It just looks more aggressive to me.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it does not have the hump on the back?

Guys agree with you, the Rossi gloves are very nice, great colors and design and also comfi and i use them often. The quality of leather is very nice but they are also very soft on the inside of the palm and fingers and they scuff very easily. I could see slight marks after the second time i rode with them. However, when it comes to better ventilation and even more comfort and better protection they can not compare to my other pair of RS Taichi GP Evo racing gloves. They are not as sexy and colorful as the Ross pair, but they have their better features not to mention they are half the price. That is my humble opinion and limited experience of course :)

cheers

I agree. I have both and I use Taichi GP Evo for the track and Rossi on the street. :D

Im on my third pair of the Dainese Rossi Rep gloves (2 Yamaha Rep & 1 Ducati Rep),only because I crashed a couple of times in the 1st pair and they saved my hands to the extent that if they didnt have the 'DCP' plastic gizmo on my little finger,it would have been torn off! Not to mention the stiching all stayed in place saving my skin. Purchased a second pair as the 1st ones werent salvagable. Then Dainese released the Ducati Rep version, and of course had to have these to match the jacket ;)
