I hope McLaren buys Ducati...
Unlikely, especially while they are associated with Honda in Formula One.
I hope McLaren buys Ducati...
selling off Lamborghini and Ducati won't put much of a dent in a $20 billion debt...
I hope McLaren buys Ducati...
It will if lenders' debt covenants dictate maintaining a certain leverage ratio. I would think they could come up with ways to keep those assets though - like the bond strategy mentioned. The luxury segment is very important to VW Group's brand strategy so I'd expect they'll try hard to keep these brands in-house.
quite right, but in a global ponzi scheme that is fast unraveling it all ultimately hinges on Draghi and Yellen delaying the inevitable unwind, which is coming and at that point D will be the least of VW's worries...
DUCATI is owned by Lamborghini.
Which in turn are owned by VAG.
So technically DUCATI is owned by the Italians![]()
That would be tragic, McLaren's downhill slide is gaining momentum, I would hate to see Ducati go down with it.
Ponzi scheme ? I for one couldn't give a fck for their secret ecu programming. And most VW buyers seem to give a fck too. Not one person I know that owns a VW product has felt cheated. hardly a ponzi.
Ok I see how you meant it. My wrong. But for it to be a global ponzi VW would have had to be caught on purpose.? Shares devalue and allow cheap share purchase by the architects of the squeeze with a aim to long takings.u do not comprehend what global ponzi is -- it has nothing to do w/ VW per se, tho VW did do some very shady short squeeze stock manipulation; to wit:
The Volkstesla Squeeze | Zero Hedge
we wont have econ lessons up in here again, but rigging ecu's is nice analogue to rigging interest rates to zero here and negative in EU... LOL. .
some old man once told me that MC riders fall into 2 groups-- oh never mind..
