Although many of us are purist, there are some who purchase these things for different reasons. I have a friend who purchased his Duc because he likes the way it looks and sound of it. He will always have chicken strips wider than the Hudson and will never track it or follow us on spirited rides. Just the way it is and I've come to accept it.
Some (We members here) find LEDs/Neons tacky, but I guarantee you there are a ton of people out there who absolutely love it.

I do believe that Kawi made the ZX14 specifically for reason like these though:
"Chassis has plenty of room to mount LEDs/Fake NOS bottles". I believe it is a factory spec along with recommendations for a proper swingarm stretches.

not sure what the deal is........ everyone has different taste. some like big rims, some like to slam their cars and rub their fenders, some like it stretched, some like LEDs , some like Ducatis, some like em red, some like em black, some say "em" , some say "them", some ride Kawi, some ride Yamas, some people need to chill the .... out
