Your mirrors look the same as mine (2020 Street fighter) and my glass moves up,down, left and right)

If they don't move up and down they are defective. Have your dealer replace them under warranty.

If you pop open (gently) the housing cover on the rear of the mirror and loosen the bolt you'll have a bit more adjustability.

The stock mirrors only pivot left and right (horizontally). Only minor up and down (vertical) adjustments can be made by moving the stem itself. Most remove these mirrors and install side bar mirrors.

The mirror glass moves in all four directions. IDK why people get all wrapped up in these mirrors…
