reminds of me of #58, but once he calmed down and smarten up during a race, he was consistently fighting for podium, RIP.

Lets say if he were in his late teens or EARLY 20s then yes I would agree to give him time to "find himself". At 26 I think it's time to have a stern talk with him and put his ass on probation. I'm sorry but Ducati hasn't been doing too well in these past couple of years to afford these types of mistakes. Individual success can take a back seat under these circumstances. Bring home the points and build a strong season.
