Now the Permanent Bureau is getting involved, there will be no press conference before the race, and all riders and team managers are required to attend. I would love to be there and hear that one.
I smell sweeping reforms.

all thatz missing here is Rich from AR to chime in how no one woulda fallen if they used his exhausts (& that he's going to be working wit motogp factory teams any day)...

Very interesting. This def has created uproar in the racing community.

Yamaha issued a press release to clarify the misleading information put out by Honda, I don't see that as lame. They also refused to get drawn into a mud slinging contest, again, unlike Honda. I think the last paragraph has relevance for all fans of Moto GP.

Perhaps it is only fitting as Rossi started the mudslinging that Yamaha should end it?

True although I'd argue

1) Riders bitch and moan all the time, you expect the manufacturers to stay above individual squabbles.
2) Not only have they got involved but what they've put out is factually incorrect.

I seriously doubt that's the end of it either...

They had to say something after that load of .... Honda came out with, a week after this "evidence" could have made a difference. David E. wrote a good piece on motomatters site, and he brings up a very good point that most people have forgotten,
The current penalty points system was brought about because of MM full contact riding technique, they had to come up with this system to try and keep him in check.

Yamaha is just saying that kicking was not exactly what Race Direction did, nothing more. Rossi should have been black flagged and you know it.

Jarvis did not admit to Rossis fault either, but he said he was not to put fault (on Rossi) because it his duty (and the team's) to protect their riders.

So this is all Hondas fault? You guys are crazy.

if woody would have gone to the police this never would have happened.

translattion

if VR was a man and continued to race MM instead of trying push him off the track this would have never have happened.

if VR was faster maybe MM would have not been able to pass him so many times.

if the dog didnt stop to take a .... he would have caught the rabbit.
