I don't think Rossi kicked Marc's bike. One of the replay angles show Rossi's foot coming off the peg after Marc went down. I think Rossi rolled off the throttle so Marc would hit him.

that was a knee that pushed him off when they touched...they just showed it quite clearly

i wouldn't believe it myself at first that Rossi would do it, had to rewind like 10 times, but it's very convincing.

did you guys watch and listen to the race or is blind loyalty clouding your writing.
1st rossi was pissed that he actually had to race MM actually threw his hand up and said basically said why are you racing me.
2nd both announcers said he should have been on the throttle and that he looked at MM 2 x (it was 3) while he was slowing down and 1 of the announcers said its very difficult to defend rossi.
3 one angle it looked like rossi actually kicked MM
4 lame excuse i slowed down to break his rhythm
5 pay back is going to be a bitch he has to deal with MM again. lets not forget rossi started this by personally attacking MM and when MM wanted to finish it rossi couldn't handle it and took the cowards way out
now it was a great battle but call a spade a spade. rossi thinks he shouldn't have to race anybody but JLO but sorry it doesn't work that way.
That was the cheapest and one of the most dangerous things he could have done.
i guess it doesn't matter now though one more race lets see the penalty. IMO black flag. you just don't do that it wasn't a racing incident.

I've been here all year buddy. never left . defend there is nothing to defend look at the race listen to the announcers look at the faces of rossi team and the head of yamaha they were all like what the hell did he just do
he didn't look at marc as they got close he looked at marc to see where he was. he looked again to make sure he got up and he looked a third time to see what he did.
watch the race again take the rossi fan hat off and put on the race fan hat. is there anybody on this forum that is neither a fan of rossi or marquez that could comment

Of course you were here.
But you were not in Race section like you were last two years when Marc was doing great because Quiter Stoner fanboy couldn't stand Rossi being 1st all year long.
As soon as something happened like this with Rossi, I knew you would "Come back" to race section since I know how much you hate Rossi.

gutwise, I feel much the same way. But Marquez had the pace to run with Pedrosa. He had the pace to battle Lorenzo tooth and nail the entire way. But Marquez, of all the riders on the grid, finds himself moving backwards until he's battling with Rossi, and he REALLY goes at it - Marquez has a well-earned reputation for being one of the most aggressive passers in MotoGP. So apparently, what was happening in Phillip Island was not only true, it was happening again.
But did Rossi handle the situation correctly? Erm, I'm gonna guess "no".

realistically what do you think the penalty will be? we both know it won't be a black flag. it can't be a license point that does nothing. will it be points? maybe start last at valencia?

I honestly think Race direction can't let Rossi go free on this one.
I think he will get -5 points since it will still leave it to the last race to let JLo and Rossi to fight it out.

and this is why I really don't like Lorenzo. He disrespectful to fans (his fans were still there), Dani who won, and even his crew.
