So I got my 1299s with over 4K off the price in November. Had a few days of some clear roads so I got it to 150 miles. But it's been cold and snowy here and it's been sitting over a month and not started. Going to be close to 60 tomorrow so I went to garage and it fired right up. I road around the garage to charge the battery some. Note it was not on a tender.

must be a multi-level parking garage... filled with exotics! let's see!

Not sure if you are asking something here or stating something. Of course your bike will fire up after 4 weeks sitting idle. Maybe after 6 months it wouldn't fire.

Nothing exotic. I rode around the garage to make sure the clutch plates plates got oiled. I wrote the post to prove you don't need a battery tender, at least from a bit over four weeks. I'm hoping it will be warm enough to run a fresh tank through
