Hello to everybody. Got a new 2022 Streetfighter V2 just three months ago. I'm really happy with my purchase so far but it comes to my attention that the normal temperature in my daily conmute does not go bellow 200 degress.I was not concerned during the summer time when Florida outside temps are usually above 90 degrees farenheit, but even in October with lower outside temperatures I'm still seeing the 200 degrees mark frequently overpassed. Is this normal in other similar bikes? Thank you for your comments.

I don't commute on mine, but on the odd occasion I'm caught in traffic, the bike does run pretty hot. It definitely runs hotter than the Supersport I had prior. By my calculations you're running at about 93 degrees celcius. It's probably around 23 degrees celcius down here in NZ at the moment, and I would expect mine to sit in the low to mid 90's if I'm dawdling in traffic. Out on the open road mine probably sits somewhere around 80, depending on how hot the day is. If you're sitting at the lights, you'll probably go over 100 pretty quickly and then the fan will come on at around 104. Your bike sounds pretty normal to me.

How do you know it’s running above 200 degrees?

Mine also runs super hot in traffic, and it did this even prior to installing the radiator and oil cooler protectors so it not that. I'm still in the run in period so I suspect additional friction at this stage but I don't think it will change significantly, so it seems it is a hot running bike !
