27k miles on mine (1199 Base ABS). No mechanical issues as of yet. As stated before I do my oil changes every 5k. By any chance has anyone done the 30k service yet?

Yeah I'd love to hear stories about someone doing trackdays with something over 20k on the clock! In the Ducati world hitting 20k seems like 100k on most cars.

My crankcase developed a little hairline crack at the back of thr vertical cylinder within the water passage. Not catastrophic but enough to make the engine to weep coolant very slowly through the Silicon sealant between the two crankcase halves at the back by the gear sensor. It was loosing about 200ml coolant every trackday, which was not bad.
At first I suspect sealant issue, but after taking it apart they found the crack and recommended replacing the case. Ducati didn't want anything to do with it because i wasn't the first owner and it was out of warranty period. This was 6 months ago on 2012 1199s.
Replaced it with used case from US for 2k.it ran fine now.
The leak developed with 18k kms on the clock and we took it apart when it had 21k kms (ya we left it a bit because it was very small weep, just kep topping up coolant after trackdays or once every 2 weeks). It now has 22k kms. About half its life was on track, and it competed in 6hr endurance race finishing 11th out if 30 without losing breath. Could've been 8th had the gear shift rod not came loose and I had to pit in after only 2 laps in one of my session, costing us an extra 3 minutes waiting for the next rider to hurry up and get ready. This bike has proven to be relatively reliabke.
I have not heard about case cracking so I am guessing I had a badluck with the production.

30000kms, 2012 1199s. After taking care of regular issues such as leaking, has been trouble free for last 10k.

My R1 got the oil changed every other track weekend, and/or every 3000-3500 miles, full synthetic. I have 32k miles on it, and valves are in check at last check. I ride advanced group, have done 32 track days on it, and last year put 12k miles on it, including 7 track days. I have had zero mechanical failures on it, have done maintenance before scheduled times and replaced the spark plugs every 10k miles as well.

I am keeping my fingers crossed for similar reliability with the 1299 S. At this pace I should have 12-14k on the S by the end of the year. Seems I am putting around 500-700 miles a week on her, and that's with it raining way too much around here.

I had 17K miles on my 1098 with no issues other than a bad TPS. Took awhile to figure out what was wrong with it, but once fixed, it was good again. Routine maintanence. I only have 2K on my 1299 because I've been out of the country this year but plan on piling on once I return in October.

The biggest reliability issue with these bikes are the wheels. The tyres that are attached to the wheels tend to disintegrate very quickly. Scientists are still trying to figure out the exact cause, but currently attribute this to a combination of endorphin and adrenaline release processes in the rider. Actually they are not even sure if the problem is on the wheels. Might be right hand issue.
