Yeah I recently ordered one and they sent me the wrong side* I had also ordered the rear sliders for the rear swingarm **They were also the wrong size and were for the smaller rear axle for older bikes.. When I called them back they wanted a picture of what they sent me LOL I guess they don't even know what they sent out.. so I sent them a picture then they sent me the right side clutch side engine slider( which was what I asked for in the first place) I even took a picture from their own catalog with the right part number highlighted..
Another problem that is still ongoing at this moment is the new rear sliders that they sent me were for the Front Forks LOL..
So, I sent them all back to them requesting the right rear sliders and they evidently don't know what they even ship out because they asked what the part number was on the second set they sent me..? **Their instructions that came with the sliders show a rear slider in the picture but the actual instructions are how to install the front fork sliders LOL... They have a great product but whoever is in charge of filling orders is probably stoned or something..
I sent them another email today with the actual diameter in millimeters 36mm on left 38mm o right.. Now they want me to pay shipping again and they are trying to send me the same crap I just sent them back..

Haha.. At least you dont have to pay toll twice.. Did order "complete left slider with hardware" some time ago,got the slider only with no mounting bracket or screws. So to correct this,did another order with mounting bracket + screws. (Because mounting hardware dont mean bracket according to Trexx) Got it,but why the hell did they include yet another slider i cannot understand. Great slider but expensive.

They screwed up my orders twice and they STILL insist that the smaller size sliders they sent me for the rear are correct ( even though I have repeatedly told them that the rear holes are 36mm on one side and 38mm on the other)
They sent me the front sliders again instead of the rear. *They were marked as rear sliders, but they obviously were not since they were much smaller diameter (probably around 28 to 30 mm..) and they were the same diameter on BOTH sides... Then they insist it is right.. NO one there evidently looks at the packages they mail out and they are labeled wrong.
I emailed them back and requested a refund..
They just can't seem to get it together.. It is a shame because they have a great product but their customer service is really ........
They are either all stoned or they just don't know what the heck they are doing at all ! Maybe both.. LOL
