I am hoping to pick up a used set of slipons from another forum member that wants to switch to AR or Akra for around $1k. So far, nobody is willing to go that low.
I'll also trade the aero fairing kit, stock pegs and the passenger seat straight across.
hahaha.... aero kit.... DEAL!!
Nor was I.Hey, this is no different then the guy that put full Tri decals on his base, and everyone defended him.
PS Gunny and I were not in that "everyone"
No worse than lame ... rim tape. Stripes on wheels is the extended swingarm ...... crowd.
Everyone I see has Monster Energy decals, rim tape and some fool with no helmet riding it.
Not to be a bike racist, but every Japanese bike. I sold my cherry GSXR1000 to a guy who ended up putting lowing links on it and a swing arm extension kit, as well as a variety on bad decals.
I want to take the Termi decals off. I will have the Termi slip-ons installed later this week. I do not like the decals as it will draw attention from the police. When stopped by police riding my Diavel (full Termi with decals removed) I was asked if the exhaust was stock. I explained that this is the way it comes from the factory and the bike is 100% stock. The officer was happy with that and let me go. I lost one of the dB killers so the bike is quite loud.
Now with the Panigale Termis it seems that there are three rivets going through the decals. Is it possible to remove the decals or should I do something with the rivets as well?

Just tell them that "termignoni" is Italian for "stock exhaust" and see what they say.
I can't believe you said that. I read this thread a while ago and tried to look up the word in Italian for "stock" and make a joke that I was going to have stickers made up with an Italian word for stock and put them on and everyone would think I was cool. But I could not find a good conversion for the word.
How about "In dotazione"???
