Termi - Full Akra Swap exhausts??

Ok here's the situation. I've had a 959 for about 5 years. I loved it. Did a few mods including the full Akra system. But technically it was the 899/1199 Akra full system, as opposed to the "Ducati Performance" system for the 959/1299; but since the 959 took the same exhaust, I put it on my bike. I've now picked up an 1199R with Termi slip-ons. Since picking up the 1199, I've barely ridden the 959 and have decided to sell it. Both bikes are amazing but I like the sound that comes from the Akra system (959) better than the Termis (1199). Don't get me wrong the 1199 sounds great but I know it could be better with the Akra. I've been thinking about swapping the exhausts on the bikes before selling the 959, but that would also be a lot of work/money to get it done. I could probably get more money for 959 with the Akra system included but considering I likely won't ditch the 1199 anytime soon (if ever) I kind of want to keep the exhaust that I paid $$$$ for.

What do you think? Swap or no?

Are you sure the difference is due to the exhaust as opposed to the engine? I rode a 959 at Gingerman a few years ago and I thought it sounded quite a bit different but it struck me as the engine that was different more than the exhaust. My fear is that you will go to all that trouble only to find out the 1199r still sounds the same. On the other hand once you've done that a couple times, its not a horrible job.

Yeah that’s a fair point. Honestly I’m not sure. I think it’s mostly a vanity thing about wanting to keep the full system on the bike that I’m actually keeping. Especially considering how much money I paid for it.
