I came across a smoking deal on a full Akrapovic system so I am selling my slip-on. They only have maybe 200 street miles and weren't on the bike that long. It doesn't come with the T-800 as its paired to my VIN or the air filter. Very good condition, no rash or pavement scrapes. Price is $1450 shipped via UPS to a continental US address.

Im surprised these didnt come with the Upmap T800 since the exhaust comes as a kit with the upmap t800 and sprint air filter. But if you only has a T800 upmap flashed to your vin. You will have to bring it to a ducati dealer for them to remove that t800 upmap ecu flash in order for you to install the full akra and then flash your ecu with the akra upmap. Otherwise both upmaps will be fighting each other and the Akra upmap wont download into your ecu. I had something similar happen to a guy who bought slipons for his V2. Had the upmap installed. Then he bought the headers. Which also had an upmap. I kept having Ducati enter his vin into their computer but it would cause an error everytime his dealership tried downloading the new upmap. Ducati didnt know what was going on and neither did his dealer .. My customer and i figured out the original upmap should be uninstalled. We were told we arent experts. And to say out of it. 9 weeks went by and they finally listened. bingo it worked LOL. Now I could be wrong but when you remove the upmap from the termis that may free up a new vin to be used. Find out from the dealer. If Im right ( i may be wrong) then the new owner can give their vin to the dealer as long as the upmap is out of your bike and use the upmap for their bike. However like like i said. I could be wrong and and the upmap is mated to your vin and cant be used with another bike even if it was removed.

Have you ordered the full akra system yet? do you mind sending me a pm how much it cost?

I have this system (without the baffles) and I love it. Sounds great and looks better to me than other systems available. GLWS OP.

Upmap is attached to the email address of the purchaser. You can transfer it to another email address (of buyer) by emailing upmap support. Completely unrelated to OP's FS ad but may help future buyers - I have been in touch with upmap about quickshifter performance and they have agreed to release a new map with improved kill times. They said end of the month for an ETA.

PM sent.

I know that Termignoni will transfer a T800 to a new account, so if I sold the bike the new owner could keep using it. But, I don't think they will swap VINs on the same device.

I don't have a lot of faith in my dealer since I found my oil level about a quart high after the last oil change. From my experience with the Streetfighter V4, that particular dealer won't flash an Akra map unless you trailer the bike in and basically have it in a track setup. No mirrors, lights taped off or replaced with block-offs, turn signal fuse removed, no license plates etc. I don't want to jump through that many hoops for a flash that I hear isn't that great anyway. I was going to flash it back to stock and try out the SLR tune eventually.
