Termignoni full system with up-map

Help Support Ducati Forum:

I have got this Termi on my 1299, it is much lighter than stock because it does't have the valve and other .... in the end can and therefore also breaths better. Sound is darker than original and without db killers thrilling. Got a good deal on it which I couldn't get on the Akra, since I am not Chaz won't notice the difference in power delivery on the two...

I will have my 2017 Ducati Panigale 1199R OEM the same than 2015 and 2016 Complete exhaust for sale pretty soon if some one is interested. Bike has close to 700 miles.

Thanks.

Is this oem system with valve control better than Termignoni?

This is the homologated pipe that comes fitted as standard on an R.
Its not a race system. I copied this link up as you asked if you could buy my parts when I fitted the termi underseat system on the other thread. This is exactly what I have just taken off(but am not selling).

I've had mine for about 2 years and no complaints. Deeper and slightly louder sound, extra punch in power (w/upmap), and lighter.

I have the 70 mm Ti Termi full system on my 1199R to be honest the sound is a bit Blahhh ,
It is actually surprisingly not very loud with no baffle ,compared to my mates 1299 with full Akra it sounds a bit tinny with less bass and depth
I would guess it is adding well to the performance as this bike is making some
amazing numbers but it does have a very special ECU.
The one issue the previous owner had was the O2 bung kept blowing out as the 70 mm pipes are thin , he had to get it specialist brazed welded back on .
So far it has stayed in place .

I run the Termi set up on my 15 1199r. Everyone loves the sound of that bike at the race track.

For anyone else when it says in the destruction book only remove the bottom subframe bolts, pivot it up to remove the heat shield.

Don't listen to that remove all four bolts and remove the subframe partially or you'll scratch the .... out of the subframe.

:(

There's a heat shield for the BBS? Or are you referring to the carbon shield for the rear pipe?
