I thought the welds were pretty good on this kit!

Suppose its the same as going into Burger King, the actual food is nothing like the pictures...but still tasty though ;)

That's not what I meant but nice analogy! Your system is what they show in the Termignoni ad but the actual production Termignoni is mediocre.

I managed to still have the fan on as the bike runs even hotter than stock, and I use bike now & again on road. Had to pretty much cut the crap out of the fan shroud to allow clearances, and then cover anything within an inch of the pipes in alu foil due to heat it gives off!

I think its the angle the pics were taken,as theres a good inch gap betwen the tyre and pipe.

Are you planning on getting the bike tuned? I would be interested to see the torque and power curve to see if it dods anything to the mid range or if it just helps top end

I had the bike remapped with the SSTK BSB map with my previous 300+ and it was a totally different bike in terms of usable power. Dont need to touch the mapping with this new system. It also makes an awsome 'crack' when shifting up through the gears, I try and time it right when going past another bike/car and they s**t themselves:D

Can you post a sound clip? I would love to hear that beauty scream!

Who did the remap & what was the cost. Thanks
I know Kaemna offer SSTK map but I think it's done with are Rexxer ?

I have the SSTK headers installed on mine, which is +160mm
It appears from the photos of your system my SSTK front header
is same as the +300 WSB, obviously the issue is obtaining correct
Rear header pipe length in such a tight compact area, thanks for
pics & info

By the way my SSTK kit came with a modified fan housing so it could
be retained. However I removed fan as I have a MAC oil cooler kit

Do you still have the carbon oil cooler shield and would be willing to sell? Im wanting one but no other company makes them besides the DP manifold kit?!

Thanks

I'm still using the factory Radiator / Oil cooler " V panel " the MAC cooler fits the
OE plastic panel

Just for reference here some pics of the SSTK long headers +160mm of course this is Stainless not Titanium, but it's noticeably lighter than the stock full Termignoni, the exh' port outlets are fabricated V cast

This is the 4th exhaust system thats now been fitted to my bike, one of them being the full Termi from DP. Its light compared to stock but about double the weight of the WSB kit!

If thats ur bike in the pic then you have removed the stock oil cooler hence why I asked if u have the heatshield for sale?

Yes that's mine, next time I'm home I will PM you with photo of the parts I removed, as I cannot remember a heat shield

PUMPDAD, That exhaust you have on your bike is truly awesome. I would love to put a system like that on my bike. I'm curious to see how that new Termi is going to be. (The system that RRnold has pictured in one of his posts) I'm looking forward to seeing some reviews on the new Termi exhaust.
