Quick story of how Lyle, Randy, Gunny (and anyone else i missed)
bailed me out of my own mistakes.

2 Months ago i ordered the wrong Luimoto seat cover. (i ordered it for the comfort seat , but i had the standard seat, a huge Duh moment) its a custom job not returnable,which is very clear before you order. Having learned of my 200 dollar plus mistake i tried to sell it on this forum to no avail.

2 weeks ago after a long trip i was still craving a better seat. after some consideration i ordered the comfort seat from Bellissimoto and withing 10 minutes of me riding it i absolutely hated it.

note to Ducati: WORST SEAT EVER!!


I called Lyle at bellissimoto humbly asking for buyer remorse on the seat and asked if i could return it. After looking at my account he asked if i still had the comfort seat cover from Luimoto (yep sitting in my closet).

he made me a deal.
gave me a refund on the seat.
exchanged the luimoto seat cover for the correct one
done deal.

i was stunned! these were all my mistakes, and they bailed me out. amazing!
