I think I really, really like this..... It's massively different to be sure, but a Zagato collaboration usually produces things of real beauty... See Aston Martin Zagatos for examples in the Car World..

Disapointed
Rear is way too fat.
It's just an F4 with different fairings, no innovation.

Front reminds me a bit of Johammer's bike:

very tasteful -- only issue is there should be a gloss tail cowl to balance the rest of the bike; otherwise, gorgeously understated..

Agreed! The tank and side fairings i actually like.
So if it had a real tail instead of that nub off the seat and the wind screen was more integrated it might not be so bad. Also under the head light looks "unfinished" to me.
