Track Ride

Does anyone know if this is just casual slow ride around the track?

Manufacturer Track Lap - Saturday, April 20
All Ducati participants must stop by the Ducati Redemption Center located behind the Turn 15 grandstand (see enclosed map), present your gift pack redemption voucher, sign a mandatory waiver and pick up a designated Track Lap wristband on Friday, April 19 between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM or Saturday, April 20 between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Participants must adhere to the following rules and instructions:
· Sign mandatory waiver prior to the Track Lap event
· Wear designated Track Lap wristband at all times during the Track Lap event
· Arrive at the designated staging area on time as noted on the schedule below and ensure your wristband is visible at all times
· Wear a helmet at all times during the Track Lap event
· No food or beverage is allowed inside the racetrack

Schedule:
4:15 PM - Staging area opens inside the Support Paddock accessible via Tunnel 2 (see map)
5:15 PM - Participating riders with helmets must be on their bikes in the staging area
5:30 PM - Track Lap begins
6:00 PM - Track Lap concludes

Sounds like it to me, but wouldn't know for sure. It simply just says wear a helmet etc... no tech inspection either.

They does those here too, before the tracking - anyone can "rride the track". Single file following a lead rideer. To get aquantied with the track, and to say "I've ridden the track". Even Harleys do it sometimes. But usually with a sag wagon following them...
