Download the parts books for both from ducati, I am sure it could be done but its cheaper to trade it in on a Pani.
The plastics, front fairing stay, headlight assembly and dozens of parts required, all of them at ducati prices. At the end you will have achieved not much different to what you have apart from looks and it will still say streetfighter on its official docs so you're going to reduce its value.
