Quick details: 2012 1199S, 39xx miles. MWR air filter, Full termi exhaust, rexxer reflash, rapid bike racing unit.

Bike ran fine with the Air Filter, Exhaust and Upmap. Did the air injection removal and had a rexxer reflash done. Bike ran better on track but for sure was leaning out in 4500-5500 range on the street, especially on hotter days over 85 degrees. Bike had the Engine light come on maybe 2 times in a 4 month period where it died, and had to be turned off, then restarted.

Flash forward to the end of last year i had this happen a few more times, So figured i would let the rapid resolve any fueling issues.
Did a test ride last week, and the bike died multiple times with the engine light, and needed to be turned off then back on... Note this after doing some track speed runs.checked the fuel line and it was not snapped on all the way.

Today we had some decent weather, so went out on the bike, same thing happened multiple times in a short period.
Had a spare fuel pump here so installed that and the bike fired up quicker than normal, and after an extended period of track speeds the engine light came on, bike was at 186 degrees, so nothing to high. The bike also had some surging when you let off the throttle at anything under 5,000rpm.. in 1-3rd gear.

Really not sure where i should be looking at this point, only thing i can think of is bike needs more time to calibrate the fueling and is cutting off due to being lean. or there is an issue with the ride by wire... I am running clip ons but nothing is pinched or out of order from what i can tell.

Did you request rexxer to enable the o2 sensors?

If not they disabled them.

Flash back to stock and you should be fine... or get rid of the rapidbike
