Somewhere in the US thats no ones business
So, recently had a .... customer service experience with TUNEBOY. Like the other 150 or so stories on the forums, and the facebook group specifically dedicated to people hes ...... over. Paid a grand, waited 2 months, got no product, no service, ignored all phone calls and emails. Was forced to have paypal pry my money back from his hands. Didnt so much as get a reason, excuse or a "sorry mate" when he was given an opportunity to speak directly to me through paypal. Real stand up guy that one......

Anyway, moving on. Looking for other alternatives to tuning my duc. its a standard 1200 2013 multi. Decat, and airbox mod.

First, Does anyone know of an actual ducati dyno tuner in northeastern US that isnt some ghetto trash shop or only tunes harleys or japbikes?
Second, does anyone here have actual experience with any OTHER commercial off the shelf tunes that became available for the 1200 over the years besides the tuneboy? I understand he was quite "awesome and responsive" 10 years ago, so dont go jumpin his .... just yet. I read every single forum thread hes posted on, and yes.... HE WAS. But as for the last few years hes either stopped giving a ...., scams people, or treats his tuning like a second unwanted job he doesnt have time and patience for. Back in 2012 or so when he first developed his tune, had his battle with rexxer, and designed his quickshifter which he lied and said he had no interest in selling and would be free to all tuneboy customers...... he was very very responsive and active in the community. now hes a turd. Any other experience with other options would be appreciated.

This forum is more active with the superbikes. You might try ducati.ms, which is a lot more active.

A lot of members have been really happy with the results of tunes by a member on here, DeussenEngines.

Can confirm that the customer service is non-existent.
I bough the cruise and tune for my 899 Panigale and waited like a month.
NOTHING
I sent over 20 emails
NOTHING
Then escalated via paypal and got my key within 24 hrs.
Customer service is a joke
Can you believe you are paying for a license and dont get the key
