Hello. I am owner of 1199 but my friend soon bought a 2020 V4 base. He has replaced the stock exhaust with full termi system and the bike got no power between 7-10k RPM. He got it from ebay and there is no software included. The dealer is 500km away and its a winter. Is there something we can try to fix the bike? I have software for my Termi but its for 1199. Can we find it from internet and install it somehow or the problem is not from there?

Needs a Termi Upmap. Search Bellissimoto or Motovation.

There are a lot of options available to you.

If you are miles from a dyno guy, then Up-Map T800 is a competitively priced option.
SLR handheld is more expensive, but gives a better map for the bike.
If you can get to a dyno, the Woolwich product can allow your bike to be custom tuned.
It's probably worth getting a freer flowing air filter too, Sprint probably offers the best.

What Rick said. SLR tunes are also more customizable - you can adjust engine braking and throttle action to suit your preference and it handles quickshifter kill times better than the T800 map. Keep in mind though the T800 is a much more modern and 10x easier to use - just an app on your phone compared to SLR and takes much less time to load up.

Isnt there a 4-pin flash drive that is just plug n play on the bike's socket ? I got this on mine that came with the termi

Can I use mine on his bike ? I never used it by myself cuz dealer done it. Have no idea what app I should download on my phone.

Ok, thank you so much. We will order one of these T800 devices but mine is much smaller like usb drive and it plug in into cable under the tail (where you attach the DDA). I havent install it by myself but I have it and once I put it there and on the dash came a message that said the software is already installed.
