I just don't understand why sellers never post a sale price while taking PayPal fees into consideration but will be quick to include shipping in their posted price. It's one thing when an item listed is $50 or some other low amount where the buyer can easily just brush it off if they got scammed (not insinuating the seller here is a scammer) but it's another thing to leave it to chance when sending $2500 over for an item. Just add the 3% or $75 to your listed price and show the potential buyer you're thinking about their buyer protection and peace of mind. Sellers shouldn't even have the option to friends n family a listing as well as buyers shouldn't have the option to pay as friends n family. The risk is not worth a measly 3% extra in fees.

I could add 3% to my asking price but then the buyer pays more. Paypal is great for protection if you are unsure about a seller. I think most people here will vouch for me. If someone is interested in buying it they can glady add the paypal fee if they are so inclined.
I think both of you have 1X99's I dont think this kit will fit.

It’s 2500 bucks, not 25k. I sent Cycler 3500, FF never met the guy. Sent Ben (in the UK) probably 15k FF never met or spoke to him. I can vouch for HKMP7. Stand up dude.

Just cuz you're swimming in money doesn't mean the average member on here can brush it off like it's no big deal. Again, not insinuating he's a scammer. I know he's a contributing member. This just goes in general. If i got scammed out of 2500, I'd cry for a few weeks. Hell, if I get scammed for 25 bucks, I'm fightin someone or something.

The $75 extra is insurance. Peace of mind. I guarantee if someone negotiated and offered 2500 shipped no friends n family, the seller would eat that $75.

Brushing it off is insinuating a loss of 2500 which I’m not down playing. I’m not advocating sending money to [email protected]. My point was that I routinely send money to people I don’t know but I always have a sense of direction. In this case, the seller is well known on two boards, spends a lot of $$ on bike parts which gives me a bit of comfort he’s not hurting for cash, and routinely stands up for people who get picked on which gives me a sense of decent character. Never met HK but I wouldn’t bat an eyelash on sending him 2500 in cash in an envelope. With regard to “swimming in money” that’s not accurate. I have a designer flotation device. Swimming takes too much effort.

Thanks guys for vote of confidence.
I’m definitely no scammer. This unit is for sell because I bought the 2 the dealer had in stock. I did that to get a bigger discount from retail. This kit is the cheapest new one I found. So while getting myself a good deal Im helping someone else. Any questions PM.
