Haha, somebody needs to copy it and make a side business if selling it to us average joes lol

I think the hard part is actually getting the parts. Affording them too. From what little I know about it, the only parts the SBK shares with the street bike is the frame, engine and air box.

But a catalogue implies that the parts are available to order in some way, at least that is my assumption.

@Bruce Wayne kindly PM

I'm sure they are. By whom and where is the key question. The big issue is the compatibility with OEM parts. Well, the bigger issue is that Ducati ..... on its owners by making this stuff secret. AF1 Racing and Alpha Racing are readily accessible sites in which people can buy race parts for the Aprillia and BMW.

I'm with you man but please don't mention Aprilia or Yamaha too much I'm avoiding buyers remorse 😂

J/k... But I do have an affinity to Aprilia somehow, just not their current lineup. BMW not so much.

Yamaha/GYTR would be the choice for a smart enthusiast racer but I'm clearly not that 🤣🤷‍♂️

This is why Aprillia was 2nd this weekend…

Man EVERYBODY I know that goes the April’s route and several shops have told me steer clear of Aprilla’s….sexy bikes, great feeling front end and geometries, but they are like a McClaren car. Sexy as hell, handle like dream, live in the repair shop more than the road or track.

Aprilia is the brand to watch going forward. Ducati is owning MotoGP at the moment, BUT Aprilia is right there.

Only buy an Aprilla if you have a team to keep it running…see above lol

The Alpha Racing stuff is sexier to me than the GYTR stuff, both are really good options, but…unless you are getting an HP4 Race which was a wonder of engineering neither the ALPHA BMW stuff or the GYTR stuff is going to be as fun as a Ducati.

And for most of us, the winner of track day is the guy whose having the most fun, not the guy going a second faster than he did last season but still not the fastest guy there.

No prize money for track days lol

People said the same about Ducati in past years, circa 1098. Aprilia is on the way up though.

My only issue with GYTR is that the platform (R1) seems a bit dated. I think the Japanese brands hold onto the designs past the expiration date. Honda and Suzuki are in this camp for sure.

Wild pack frothing!!
Corse catalog is cool but unless you are a team competing in a championship with a connection to Ducati Corse, you cannot order the Corse parts. Also it is VERY expensive, even if you are team competing in a championship there are levels of pricing based on what tier your team/involvemnet is. Aside from some bits that properly just bolt on - say rear sets. There is very little that you can do that doesnt result in a rabbit hole of needing a myriad of other parts to make it work. The cost to benefit equation fort a civilian is low

Frothing on a notion 😅

No, just interested that there's a catalogue for various reasons.

Cool opinion though 👍 Thanks!

If you can’t legitimately get a catalogue, how do you expect to get the parts? Also what @KarlKani said

If it can't be obtained legitimately then what is it produced for?

Also what @KarlKani said is basically a premature fart of an opinion that is only worth the space it occupies in his brain...... oh and yours.

Imagine trying to deter a transaction, a passing of information or a conversation for that matter just because you have an opinion lmfao 🤣

"Oh .... man... these civilians........ why do they even bother? Can't they just be pedestrians, know their place and stop asking about Ducati Corse catalogues for ..... sake 😓"

Agreed,
And a guy I know that’s ordered stuff with them in the past has waited a year for parts to actually arrive.

And I’m very happy with my current bike and setup.

I’m interested in it because I want to slowly build a bike from the ground up myself, and am in no hurry to do it.
