Aside from the obvious manual vs. electronic adjustability, are both forks otherwise the same spec level? If not, how else are they different?

Same question for the rear shock.

Based on what I have read, I think the rear spring is a different length on the electronic shock and different ones are harder to find than the manual TTS springs

Also, on the subject of springs, the R spring rate is harder than on the 22 bikes, but Ducati claim all sorts of geometry changes etc to accompany the softer springing.

This is based on hearsay only as I don't have either model mentioned.

The Ohlins springs aren't a problem. Its the Sachs (base V4) shocks that you can't find springs for. The old R shock spring was longer than the one on the electronic shocks but are still available. Its just a slight difference in the part number.

The forks are both gas charged, other than electronics no difference there, save for spring rate which who knows.

Very helpful info thanks. My Google search didn't turn up that. I was confused with the NPX and NIX designations.
