I looked at them. Does the 1299 use 7mm?

Also, looking at EMS I noticed these MBP retainers. Has anyone ever done those on their 1199/1299?

I checked my valves yesterday and everything was still in spec @ 30k miles. Cams have a little bit of wear but nothing major so I'm pretty happy about that. I looked at EMS ducati a while back and it looked like they only had shim kits listed for the 899, not sure if it's any different from the 1199/1299?

So I ended up getting a shim kit from ems and rented the tools from ryfly to do the intake valves. I actually am getting started on it tonight. Just finished up my forks. Gunna check my numbers one final time and get the intake shims ordered.

Finally done. Slowly piecing the bike together, should be fired up by tomorrow. I just wanted to give a shoutout and big thank you to @Ryfly05 for renting the tools out, just shipped them out back to him today, and also just wanna say thank you to everyone here who helped out as well. Y’all are awesome for that, Couldn’t have done It without yall. Let’s pray she fires up tomorrow!

Thank you @Seth Vo. There really is no feeling like it, plus it’s hard to trust local dealers sometimes. I really hope to race this bike one day so I have a lot more learning to do! But this was actually quite simple once I wrapped my head around it. Love this stuff. Thank you guys again.
