Breitling Super Ocean Pro is my fave.
First saw one at Prague Airport duty free back in the late nineties and was all set to pull the trigger until i realised the prices were in US$ and not Czech Koruna which took it out of my credit limit.
Five years later, a profitable contracting gig and a contact in a Hatton Garden dealers and that puppy was mine.
It's been on my wrist ever since.

Moto-Gp & Nicky Hayden Watches

Due to the extremely unfortunate death of Nicky Hayden, I have read there has been a rush to buy many items which carry his name. Perhaps this is for sentimental value, or that folks believe they may be worth something more one day due to his contribution to the sport, and how many things are out there with his name on them! One of the items I learned was in demand, AND even had its price raised in a few places- was one of the Tissot MotoGP Series Wristwatches!
In Post #43 of this thread, Gramps stated he owns both a 2008 & 2009 Nicky Hayden Watch - which IMHO looks a bit better than the 2017 Model in his name. I looked your 2008 / 09' models up Gramps and they are very nice!!

Since this old "Watch Thread"of mine had 63 replies, I figured there might be other members who may be seeking one of the MotoGp Models, and thought I would paste this up in case anyone had their eyes on the 2017 Nicky Hayden Model above. I triple checked with the model number, and details - even called the Company to confirm - AND the EXACT same watch is on sale here for $575.00. (Though it says out of stock - they told me it takes 4 weeks to deliver) I'm betting many are willing to wait that long to save $300 if they like it enough? "Gramps still here?"

If watch companies are using his name to justify their prices then this link fits then well. The $575 vs $875 sounds too odd.
Hell, perhaps Jomashop is selling fakes, though I've purchased from them before on a wedding anniversary and it was legit for sure!
