Measure your swag properly a good starting point is rider sag 40mm front and 30mm rear and most bikes come with springs that would work for riders weighing 170 to 190 ish outside of that range you may likely need to get the correct springs.great idea.
i took a couple turns of preload off the rear spring on day one as the bike is 'nosey' out of the box. with the settings in 'kitty' mode (insert proper slang), i killed the front tire more than the rear even with the change in pitch.
