I got my spacers from ebay for about $10. One of the few things I would by from ebay, but it seems silly to spend so much for a washer... I removed my reflectors last night and it looks much better. I'm trying to do one small mod per day until my plate and registration arrive. Since I can't ride it yet at least I can spend some time with it.

I bought the Desmoworld caliper spacers from Motomillion. They look great and installed them on day one of ownership. Those reflectors had to go. I remove all of them on the bikes I've had.

Finally put on the comfort seat now I need to replace the rear cowl.

Ordered the Ducati Performance carbon clutch cover. My dealer had it on sale so i pulled the trigger on it. Still waiting for warmer weather to install all of the goodies I've been gathering over the winter.

I also got in my first ride of the season since August. Picked the bike up from the dyno shop and took a scenic route home since the weather was so nice in Boston today.

I just had my first ride ! Just a 20 mile commute to work but so nice to finally get in the saddle. Getting away in first gear is a little awkward and there is definitely heat on the inner legs. The brakes feel a little soft but hopefully that will improve as the bed in. There is slightly more weight on my wrists than I thought there would be but I haven't adjusted the levers yet so that may also improve when I can flatten the angle. The seat is actually more comfortable than many , but it has too much forward tilt for the street adding to the weight on my wrists. I think the comfort seat will be nice addition. But nit-picking aside it felt great. I think I'm going to love this bike.

Stock seat must be changed..
I found myself constantly moving away from the tank.. until I got the racing seat
Fwiw you can add a spacer say 5mm between the front seat and it’s mounting point then use a longer bolt. I do it all the time fine tuning until I get it right

great idea.

i took a couple turns of preload off the rear spring on day one as the bike is 'nosey' out of the box. with the settings in 'kitty' mode (insert proper slang), i killed the front tire more than the rear even with the change in pitch.

Measure your swag properly a good starting point is rider sag 40mm front and 30mm rear and most bikes come with springs that would work for riders weighing 170 to 190 ish outside of that range you may likely need to get the correct springs.
