It's definitely a bit thicker (uses a better gel/foam than stock) I haven't had any issues sliding into the tank and you can also sit further back if you want to avoid some heat without sliding around also.

What do you think?

I had some vinyl put on my rear splash guard to match the wrap I had done on the front fender.

It may look a bit off colour due to the lighting in my office but it’s from the same piece of vinyl that is on the front and it matches the bike colour perfectly.
Can’t wait to return home from work today and see how it will look on my V2

My R came w carbon. Was not planning on putting it back on. What purpose do they serve on a race bike? Seems like more than half of the teams run one. Safety? Aero? What do they do?
