some suzuki dirt bike from the 70s, then a 90s something yamaha dirt bike, then first street bike was a 97 RF900. I knew so little about street bikes that I thought it was a sport bike, lol. I fell over several times then got a 99 ZX6R and fell over several times, then about 12 different street bikes since then....

My first bike was a Honda QR 50, i got it for christmas in 1991 just before my 4th birthday.
My first bike on the road was a Husqvarna SM125S i saved up enough to buy it brand new when i was 17, jeez that bike was fun to ride but totally unpractical, i sold that once i got my full licence and bought a Honda VFR 400 which i sold about 2 years later to buy a car..... i regret that move!!!
about a year after i sold the VFR, i had once again saved enough to buy a brand new ZX6R which i sold about 4 months ago when i picked up my Panigale.

Cool stories... Love info like this..seeing other people bike histories... Thank you for sharing...

My first ride was like most in the dirt on a Honda XR75. Not sure the exact year of the bike but I was around 10 yrs old and then I went from there to riding 3 wheelers and having a Honda Fourtrax 250R, Honda ATC 250R, YZ250, and last a YFZ450 in 05'.

For the street my first bike was an 03' R6', and then to an 08' CBR1000RR, and now to the one and only Panigale.

Good times...

Honda Trail 50

1st Street: 2003 Yamaha Road Star Warrior x 4mos, took the riding test on this thing w/o MSF. Smart. Then sold it and bought a 2003 R1.

My first bike was a 1986 Honda VFR 700 Interceptor when I was 20 years old. That was also the first motorcycle I ever rode!!!!!!!:)

In order:

Suzuki TS 50
Suzuki TSX 125
Suzuki RG 250
Suzuki RGV 250
About a 21 year sabbatical
Yamaha R6 2006
Ducati 1199

My first was a 2001 900SS, then an 01 748, a 97 916, and now the 12 Panigale (all in the correct color). I've ridden about everything out there at one time or another, but I have yet to get pulled away from the Ducs when it comes to actually paying for a bike. :D

Thx! I got it bone stock with less than 1k miles for 5k and did every single upgrade myself. Went carbon fiber crazy and threw on ASV levers and all trying to make it look like an 848. Then one day I said, "smarten up bro just get the ducati."

Brand new 2004 ZX6R, which I then chromed out every piece on the bike. I was young, swimmin in $$$ and figured why the hell not. Never sat on a bike or touched a bike prior to purchasing it new off the showroom floor. Hell, couldn't even ride it home. Had to have the sales guy ride it to my house and I dropped him back off at the dealer after lol. Luckily, it was only 3 miles away. $8000! Now = $12k for new 636. I miss that bike. Obviously was an attention getter. Had changed to crazy gearing of -1/+5. Good times.

Brand spanking new 1976 Suzuki RM 80 when I was 9 yr old. Learned to do my first table top on it.

2007 zx10r. i bought it brand new in the spring of 2007. liked the bike never loved it cause i really wanted an r1 but i got such a good deal on it

My first bike was a matchbox replica of some 3wheel ATV.
then I move on to a Huffy banana seat (bad crashes, probably have brain damage of sorts)
then a Huffy BMX
then a Schwinn Paramount flying down hills at 55mph+ (no crashes, bike too valuable)
then rode dirt bikes on and off past decade (not my own), falling off more than I care to remember

Then now, my first motorcycle I can call my own, the Panigale S...abs :)
